On recieving your order , we process the items and send you an email/message
confirming your order and g you the total bill, usually within not more than 24 hours maximum. This gives
time to confirm product availability and preparation e.g if special compilation is involved. . Upon recieving this email and
bill, you can proceed to pay using enclosed account details

2. Online direct purchases -
E-shop
Our apologies this facility is still beig finalised. Giving instant access
and order processing via online downloads, this will serve if you only need single items (songs, own selections or pre-compiled
albums) without need for physical mailing.

-Postal Money order or - Bank transfer
GETTING YOUR ORDER TO YOU
If purchased by option A (Form 1 submission) we will
post or ship your product by low-tech mail (unfortunely) to the address of your choice. Postage cost will be advised in your
invoice bill.
If purchased by option B (online direct downloads) all qualifying items*will
be instantly downloadable , in a standard file format i.e. CD-quality audio/mp3 or wav, MIDI file, MPEG, etc. Otherwise you
can still opt to have your items delivered as for option A above.
*Qualifying items: i.e those that can actually be downloaded e.g mp3, mpeg, gif etc files. Other items may require
postage or physical delivery.e.g engineering services.
RETURNS
POLICY AND WARRANTY
We operate a 7-days poduct return policy ; i.e inform us within 7 days of physical
receipt of your item if found defective, we will then happily refund you the cost of the item or send you a replacement depending
on the actual circumstances of initial purchase. i.e.
- Only genuine goods ordered or purchased from authorised vendors will be considered.
-Proof of purchase (receipt), details
of damage and causes will be required.
